2. Process Compliance (Hygiene Standards, Operations Accountability, Stock Management)
3. Food (Preparation, Quality & Consistency)

Expérience minimale

Proven ability and experience of managing a team within the hospitality industry. You are not required to have a chef/cook background, however a passion for food is must - Taster is all about the food! Good communication both verbal and written. Desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with a particural attention to detail and strive to go beyond the expected level.

We are currently recruiting for a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the business with responsibility for the consistency of all food products across Taster kitchens in Paris. This will include monitoring and maintenance of Taster food quality, development and implementation of compliance (stock control, wastage, hygiene) standards and training kitchen teams.

Expérience minimale

Experience in a similar environment. You will hold a level 3 food safety certificate and you enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment where you can implement change. Plus, you demonstrate ability to develop new procedures.
