Inspired by the beauty of stars, vastness of the universe, and his passion for American street food, Starsmash was formed. A project that Amixem has nurtured for a number of years.

Out Of This World Flavours

The menu is simple but focused on quality burgers: the classic Antarès smashburger, with a ketchup-mustard sauce, in homage to Antares, the supergiant star as red as tomato ketchup. The signature Schedar smashburger, with our tasty secret sauce, in honour of the star Alpha Cassiopeiae, also known as Schédar, the brightest star in the Cassiopeia constellation. And finally, Vega, our vegan smashburger, our greatest challenge, an uncompromising Vegan smashburger, in homage to Vega, the brightest star in the Lyra constellation.

At Starsmash, it is incredibly important for us to keep our standards of quality as high as the stars, and continue to surpass our customer’s expectations, we are constantly in kitchen testing out different recipes so that our menu is fresh and exciting.
